Fine Art Photography

Susan’s work primarily consists of black & white silver gelatin prints that she has  uniquely hand colored with transparent oil paints to make each one of a kind. The process provides a wonderful mix for combining talent as a painter and a photographer. She works with natural light, focusing on landscape, garden themes, and portraiture. Susan enjoys the challenge of working with infrared films, and occasionally shoots color slide film which provides a medium for making Polaroid Transfers and Lifts.
