About The Artist

Susan is a  life long native of Mobile, although she spends half her summer in Turkey every year now.  She is  married to Semih, and they have two beautiful daughters - Kamran Alexandria 6yrs. and Alli Victoria 4yr.  Susan has always been an artist in some form or fashion since she was a child.  She has only recently, since the birth of her children, been pursuing artistic endeavors more fully.  Susan is graduate of the University of South Alabama with a BFA degree in Graphic Design, a minor in Drawing, with concentrations in Photography and Art History.  Her  professional background the previous 20 years has ranged from an Art Director of Advertising agency, to Print and Media Sales, and most recently Product Marketing Manager which encompassed all of the above.  Susan also volunteers her time with the Junior League of Mobile as Immediate Past Editor of Folio Magazine where she is also a  photographer, and layout manager.   She also volunteers as  Past  President of Mobile Yacht Club's ladies auxiliary, and is active in several Mystic Societies.  She loves working with people as well as her camera and other mediums.               Please feel free to browse through the artistic expressions site, and thank you for touring.
